Please Read The Following Before Submitting your Customer Care Ticket

  • The support@Real-Marketing.com mailbox is NOT monitored for support requests on a 24 hour basis.  Please enter a Customer Care ticket instead of reqesting support thru email.

  • Please be specific on the problem you are experiencing.  Just stating that you are having email problems will not produce an answer from our tech team that will resolve your problem.  Please be VERY specific and include any error messages that you have received.  Our techs are excellent at resolving issues and if given specific information they can resolve issues very quickly.

 

  • Please enter billing, domain name, sales, web design or management questions in this Customer Care ticket system as well.  The Customer Care ticket system enables us to track each response and to answer your questions in a timely manner.

 

  • Our goal is to provide you around-the-clock support that is meeting your needs as webmasters while enabling us to keep our pricing low.  If you feel you are not having your support needs met, please email us at support@Real-Marketing.com and we will resolve whatever problems you are having in a manner that is satisfactory to you or we will refund your money.
